To ensure the security and commitment of every transaction, MAS Automotive requires the following:

• ‍Wholesale/Bulk Orders: A minimum of 50% advanced payment is required to confirm the order.

• Retail/Individual Orders: 100% advanced payment is required before the dispatch of any goods.
• Orders will only be processed once the payment has been verified by our finance team.

• Risk Transfer: Once the goods are handed over to the third-party courier or shipping agent, the risk of loss or damage transfers entirely to the customer.

• Carrier Issues: MAS Automotive is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that occur while the parts are in the possession of the courier.
• Logistics: We handle all export documentation from the UAE; however, any local customs duties or taxes in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

• All Sales are Final: We operate a strict No Refund policy.

• Returns: We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or compatibility issues. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify part numbers and vehicle fitment before payment.
• Electrical Components: For safety and technical reasons, all electrical parts are non-returnable and non-refundable.
