All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance, verification, and product availability. Prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise specified.

MAS Automotive provides international shipping services. Estimated delivery timelines will be shared upon order confirmation; however, delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, logistics providers, regulatory requirements, or circumstances beyond our control. Once the shipment is handed over to the courier, MAS Automotive is not responsible for transit delays.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the product. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval and may exclude shipping and handling charges. Custom-made parts, electrical components, and special-order items are non-refundable unless proven to be defective upon delivery.
Unless explicitly stated in writing, products supplied by MAS Automotive are not covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. MAS Automotive does not guarantee product compatibility unless confirmed by our technical team prior to purchase. All installations should be carried out by certified or qualified professionals. Improper installation voids any responsibility on our part.
MAS Automotive shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, delays in delivery, incorrect installation, or service interruptions. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
